You must provide MercatorGear.com with written notice of cancellation in a durable medium and you must return at your own cost all goods in the state in which they were received by you. It is not possible to provide a refund on stoves which have been used as the heat from the flame irreversibly burnishes the metal components. If you wish to make any amendments to your original order before dispatch, please do so in writing. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected timescale, but please allow for weekends, bank holidays and any disruption to postal services due to bad weather or industrial action.
